1. Payment Terms: We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the project before the work begins. The balance is due upon completion of the project.

2. Deposit Payment: The deposit payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Payment must be received and cleared before the work begins.

3. Project Schedule: Once the deposit has been received, we will schedule the project and provide a timeline for completion. Any delays or changes to the timeline will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.

4. Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Scope of Work: The deposit covers the cost of materials, labour, and equipment required for the project. Any additional work or changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon with the client, and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our work and will rectify any defects or issues that arise within a reasonable timeframe after completion of the project. We consider a reasonable timeframe to be within 30 days of the completion of the project.

7. Liability: We carry full liability insurance to protect our clients and employees in the event of any accidents or damages that may occur during the project.

8. Communication: We aim to maintain open and transparent communication with our clients throughout the project, and will provide regular updates on progress and any issues that arise.

9. Adverse Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent us from carrying out the work as agreed, we will inform the client as soon as possible and agree on a new schedule for the project. Any additional costs incurred due to adverse weather conditions, such as the cost of rescheduling the project or the cost of additional equipment, will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control.

By agreeing to these terms of business, the client acknowledges and agrees to the deposit payment and other terms outlined above.
